Acadelia Demo

Terms of Use

Guidelines for using the Acadelia demo environment.

Last updated: May 23, 2026

Permitted Use

Acadelia Demo is a free, public portfolio project. You are welcome to use it to:

  • Explore the assistant — ask questions, upload images or PDFs, share YouTube links, and test the platform's conversational capabilities.
  • Evaluate the platform — if you are a potential client or employer assessing the work behind this demo, you are exactly the audience it is built for.
  • Learn and experiment — use it for personal curiosity, academic exploration, or to benchmark AI-powered assistants.

Access requires a verified email address. The same email always restores your previous session and uploaded knowledge, even across devices.

Limitations

To keep the demo accessible and fair for everyone, the following restrictions apply:

  • Daily token quota — each verified email has a rolling 24-hour usage cap enforced server-side. When it is reached, the assistant will let you know and the quota resets automatically the next day.
  • No commercial use — you may not use this demo to power a product, service, or business workflow, directly or indirectly.
  • No automated access — bots, scrapers, and scripts that send requests programmatically are not permitted.
  • No circumvention — attempting to bypass identity verification, quotas, or any other access control is not allowed.
  • No harmful content — do not submit content that is illegal, abusive, or intended to manipulate or deceive the assistant in ways that could harm others.

Violations may result in immediate revocation of access without notice.

Intellectual Property

The code, design, and content of Acadelia Demo are the work of Rodney Dhavid Jiménez Chacín and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

  • Your content — files, prompts, and messages you submit remain yours. By uploading them you grant a limited license to process them for the sole purpose of generating a response.
  • Assistant responses — outputs generated by the assistant are provided for informational and evaluation purposes only. They are not the intellectual property of Rodney Jiménez Chacín.
  • Platform assets — the Acadelia name, logo, and visual design may not be reproduced, copied, or redistributed without explicit written permission.

Disclaimer

Acadelia Demo is provided as is, without warranties of any kind — express or implied.

  • No accuracy guarantee — the assistant can make mistakes. Do not rely on its responses for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
  • No uptime guarantee — this is a portfolio demo, not a commercial service. It may be slow, unavailable, or behave unexpectedly.
  • File storage — uploaded files (PDFs, images, YouTube audio) are stored temporarily and may be purged at any time. Do not use this platform as permanent storage for important files.
  • No liability — Rodney Dhavid Jiménez Chacín is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this demo.

Validity & Sessions

These terms are in effect for as long as the Acadelia Demo is publicly accessible.

  • Session duration — verified sessions last 30 days. After that, simply re-verify your email to resume where you left off — your conversation history and uploaded knowledge are tied to your email address, not to a single device or browser.
  • Demo lifecycle — this demo may be modified, restricted, or shut down at any time and without prior notice. It is a portfolio project, not a committed product.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the revision date. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
